Best results classify in 50 micron increments from 500 microns down to 50

Roast the ore and fast cool it.

Leave crushed material and or concentrates for days in vinegar or water, or something harder, until the water is clear and all rust or iron and sulfides have been removed from the gold.

When breaking, Inspect with zoom lense for specimens and gold.

Black sands will have gold content and require smelting or acid treatment. Find out about gold hidden in sulfides and iron bound gold.

Fly screen, and multiple flyscreens layered, provide almost satisfactory classification in lieu of lab classifiers.

GOLD HAS BEEN OBSERVED TO HAVE IRON / MAGNETIC INCLUSIONS (SEE ABOVEMENTIONED PICS) SO,

Use a weak magnet and inspect the material with a zoom lense... you'll likely see Gold like the pic.

Reprocessing Magnetics after treating, allowing to sit/rust etc will likely show more Gold

classify. Classify! CLASSIFY!! Then process each size group individually.

400, 200 100 AND 50 Microns otherwise the smallest gold will escape.

LEAVE CONCENTRATES FOR EXTENDED PERIODS (DAYS) IN WATER/VINEGAR OR ACID AND REPAN EVERYTHING INCLUDING MAGNETICS AFTER THEYVE OXIDISED
